Implementation Strategy Team
The Implementation Strategy Team is responsible for integration and implementation of engineering and development activities and projects that support our operational baseline and providing a vision for future development directions. Key responsibilities are communicating among the facility areas, assessing problems and recommending solutions, refining specifications and requirements, and developing strategy for the improvement and optimal application of the ARM facility to best support the facility’s mission.
Organizational Structure
The Implementation and Strategy Team is responsible to the ARM Director and works closely with the Associate Director for Operations and the leader of the Architecture and Services Strategy Team (ASST).
